Operating out of Uruguay, our proficiency encompasses slaughter, segmentation, storage, refrigeration, packaging, fabrication, industrial production, and global trade of beef and lamb products and by-products. Our workforce comprises 400 dedicated individuals committed to upholding our industry-leading standards.
Lorsinal relishes its advantageous geographical location in Uruguay. Our production facility is strategically situated within a 250km radius of the two most abundant cattle sources in the country and merely 30km from key maritime ports. Our robust operational structure allows us to slaughter 1,000 cattle per day across two shifts, accompanied by a 3,000-ton capacity for freezing and cold storage.

Proudly certified for business in over 30 markets worldwide, our reach extends across Europe, America, Canada, South Korea, Israel, Russia, China, Mexico, Chile, Peru, South America, the Middle East, and North Africa. A significant 70% of our beef and lamb product sales are earmarked for China.
Our comprehensive range of more than 150 beef product varieties includes sliced and boned beef products, individually packaged items, and both frozen and chilled commodities and over 50 Lamb products as well. We are privileged to count Frigorifico Lirtix S.A Factory No.177 and Frigorifico Rosario (Rondatel S.A) Factory No. 22 among our esteemed partners.

Established in 1965, Frigorifico Lorsinal S.A. has been a beacon of excellence in the Uruguayan meat processing industry, exporting premium-quality beef and lamb to an extensive list of global markets. With our base in Montevideo, Uruguay, our operations exhibit formidable processing capabilities, accommodating up to 1,000 cattle per day, and offering employment to over 400 seasoned professionals.
Our business model is one of vertical integration, providing us direct control over our feedlots, abattoirs, and processing plants. In 2017, Lorsinal was incorporated into Sundiro Holdings, a renowned Chinese conglomerate. This partnership not only expanded our export horizons but also significantly enhanced our production capabilities, propelling us towards unprecedented growth.
